The Big Issue Street Soccer - Every Thursday 3:30pm-5:30pm – PCYC Broadmeadow

The Big Issue’s Street Soccer Program supports people experiencing homelessness, substance abuse or disadvantage. It gives players an opportunity to get fit, make new friends and seek support and advice. Importantly, it offers a mechanism for social change.

There are many ways you can help us make the program grow…

1. Transport – are you able to drive participants down to the PCYC?
2. Newsletter – can we include Street Soccer information in your newsletter?
3. Posters & Flyers – are you able to distribute flyers for us or can we put them up in your centres?
4. Exhibition Displays – can we visit your agency and do Street Soccer tricks sessions to get promote the program?
5. Presentations – can we present information at your staff / network meetings?
6. Food – are you able to assist in providing nibbles for players?
7. Staff – are you able to support your players and attend/join in training?
8. Promotion – are you able to talk to potential players about the program?
